"Meditation is difficult to do."

Planning to start a meditation practice?
Start by focusing on your breath for 3 to 5 breaths. You'll notice that thoughts will arise, when they do; don't beat yourself up about it. Instead, be kind to yourself and gently bring your attention back to your breath - each time.

If you've been planning to meditate, try it and let me know how you felt.
